Maybe it’s too much nutrients for the amount of growth you have and already stressed from the heat. The leaves are curled, what does this tell us?.

Does That ppm seem high? That a lot of nutes for a small plant. I’m still learning so could be wrong

Nice looking plant. I think you could have got more growth if you added some nutrients in addition to the 'recharge'. The bacteria in the product will readily break down organic matter into usable nitrogen but perhaps your plant could have handled more. Looking like you ended up with some nice smoke. Cheers
