Followers list

I've noticed the same thing but it was one large drop in followers. I also noticed that one day when I logged in, there was a small circle with a green check mark in it next to my profile photo in the header... almost like some sort of "verified" mark... then it was gone a few hours later. So it does seem like there's been some sort of audit and cleanup happening.

Seems to be some sort of database cleanup... just an educated guess.
