You have nutrition burn, To much nutes in ur medium. The salt build up is burning ur tips. So you need to flush out ur medium to remove excess salt build up. You may also lower your temp to 20-24 degrees and just have ur led at 55/60% if you have a strong one. So water it throughly 3/4 times with water with only little nutes inside of the water not full dosage. Then you will flush out all the bad stuff in medium and then start over ur normal feeding again but do it slow, higher the dose a little each day over like 3 days before going to full dosage again.
