LST and overall sugestions appreciated

Hey there, I am new to growing (2nd grow) and new to LST as well. I tried to LST these two plants and would like to ask you guys if you have any suggestions for this grow or even suggestions what I could do better in future grows. Setup: 1x Monster Dwarf Automatic (Zamnesia Seeds) feminized (https://www.zamnesia.com/4330-zamnesia-seeds-monster-dwarf-auto-feminized.html) 1x Lemon Wonder Automatic (Zamnesia Seeds) feminized (https://www.zamnesia.com/3332-zamnesia-seeds-lemon-wonder-automatic-feminized.html) Both are placed it these 11L Pots (35x35cm): (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07B9WCMJV) Which were filled with this soil: (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08J8YVR4R) Plants grow on windowsill in direct sunlight for 4-8h. If weather is cloudy or rainy they get moved inside under a cheap 50W LED. Images were taken on day 42 after placing ungerminated seeds into soil. Images 1-9 show Dwarf Images 10-16 show Lemon Images 1 & 10 show the plants from angel and direction sunlight is coming from 1) Most growers want LST for an even canopy but as I am growing on my windowsill sun is coming with an angle. That’s why I tried to adopt this angle to the canopy. Does that make sense? 2) What about the stem to earth distance? Are the branches to close? 3) What do you think about new sprouts? Dwarf has already 6 and Lemon has 5 branches. Should I cut any new sprouts? 4) Last grow I harvested a ton of popcorn buds and would love to have fewer but more decent nugs this time. Should I start cutting some of the bud initiations on the lower side of the branches? 5) Thripse? Killing them with my fingers atm. Any better ways to do so? With suggestions for questions 3&4 it would be wonderful if you could refer on the numbers in the images. Thank you so much in advance 😊
