Leaves are firm but dropping flat, pointing downwards. Over watering? Diagnose and recovery advise?

I call this the Indica Droops... They look fine maybe a bit too much water but dont act on that. Seems the issue started with the transplant and from what I see it was not a simple "plop-the-cloth-pot-into-a-bigger-cloth-pot-no-stress-transplant"? (yeah that's the ticket) Transplant shock might account for some droppys for a few days but unless there is a problem in the new pot then not the cause. Get your nuets back on, just dilute them down to like 1/4 strength and increase as you feel right, as far as I know Bio-Grow contains no salts so it should not be any problem never had any real issues except deficiencies with the Bio-Bizz line, no toxicity.
