Hello friends, i need help with this silk in one of my buds. I thought it might be a mold but it feels hard cyntetic material not like the web of spider. (like cotton but harder) my olant is on week 8 flowering.

Hello. Spiders can produce 3 different types of silk or ribbon that they use. Some spiders can make nice little nests for themselves that aren't sticky. I've seen little jumping spiders with that type of home. Moths make cocoons to morph in. Its probably just an insect that thought that was a good place. Chuck

Look closely (magnifying lens or microscope) for spider mites or other insects.

New bud site after defoliation. Keep or trim?Found those perfect healthy new bud sites after defoliation. Bud sites are below my trellis but have exposure to light.
1. Should I trim them to boost the main cola above? I'm in flower week 5 and my strain is auto.
2. Keep them.

Calyx with no pistil? All caylxs with pistils are the exact shape as these but not as large .Very pointed and calyx shaped, i found 2 next two each other and the odd one one afew more on different branches , i gave it its first full dose bloom and flower nutes yesterday and this morning , the calyxs and leaves look way frostier and i know you can have calyxs w/no pistil
