Eyy buddy, Leafcoat is a product that strengthens and protects the plant against unwanted insects and fungi. If your plants are alredy affected with pests Leafcoat will not help. You should try neem oil like the other fellows just advised or there are more Proven Thrip Remedies like: 1.) Insecticidal soap Fatty acid salts or insecticidal soaps can be a good choice against thrips. With soaps, coverage is very important as it does not stay on your plant for long, so follow-up applications may be necessary. Although this is considered safe, avoid getting any on your buds! 2.) Pyrethrins Pyrethrin based insecticides are not very toxic for humans and degrade quickly, which is why they’re commonly recommended for vegetable gardens. You will need a one hand sprayer to spray all the leaves evenly. Pyrethrin products break down quickly, over the course of just a day or two. 3.) Diatomaceous Earth Diatomaceous Earth is basically fossil dust that can be sprinkled on the top of your soil. This powder-like substance is harmless to mammals and plants but is incredibly sharp at the microscopic level. Therefore it will tear and dehydrate thrips on physical contact. Mixing some of this in with the topsoil of your plants, and spreading the powder around the bottom of the tent near the plants can actually cut down thrip numbers relatively quickly. Ik raad je aan om alles te gebruiken met neemolie. Elk product dat daarop is gebaseerd zal werken. Neemolie verstikt de insecten en ze sterven. Het is veilig voor planten. Ik heb neemolieproducten gebruikt die zeiden voor spintmijten te zijn, maar die ook perfect werkten tegen andere insecten.

Bladcoating is preventief, geen behandeling. Om van trips af te komen, raad ik SPINOSAD ten zeerste aan, wat geweldige resultaten tegen hen oplevert en tot twee weken voor de oogst kan worden gebruikt.

ik ben ook verrast, als het Leaf Coat is - het is voor een gezonde plant om nog gezonder te worden. Over het algemeen betekent gezondheid = weerstand. Zwakke planten trekken insecten aan ... dus ik kan een beetje perspectief zien, maar niet de echte actie ertegen. ik raad neemolie absoluut niet aan voor iemand die het nog nooit heeft gebruikt. Ik koop altijd natuurlijke vijanden. Nematoden zijn ook altijd een optie. ik gebruik Leaf Coat vanaf 3-4 weken in de vegetatieve fase tot de 3e week van de bloei, het doet wonderen voor de bladeren.

De Leaf Coat van biobizz is meer preventief, niet echt om plagen te bestrijden. Als spuitmiddel zou ik eerder brandnetelthee of een emulsie van neemolie, water en zeep gebruiken. Daarnaast gele of blauwe platen en het middel in het algemeen: nematoden 😌👍
