Hello ! Weeks 4 and 5 were the stretch weeks (2 weeks generally) and after that she starts fattening which is normal to me. I don't know your genetic but I think that like many others Og you will need at least 8weeks to achieve flowering and I can't explain why but growing under full spectrum led lights often require 1 or 2 more weeks in flowering. That said your plant looks healthy and normal for that stage , your buds could have been bigger if you had cut the lower "popcorn buds" which would have redirect the energy to the highest buds.
