Hello ! Well it's a bit tricky in your case , if your wardrobe is too humid you can put a fan in front of the drying plants to settle a constant airflow and avoid any mold (it's working for me with high RH) but it will be hard to control the smell. You can build a small drying box and don't forget the fan if you humidity is too high. You can put a box in your box like athos told you (with small holes for the airflow). The only good way to keep it stealth (smell) is to dry in the box that have a carbon filter so as soon as the rest of your crop is ready it's better to dry them in that place.
